I been using those bands for good few weeks and I love the set. There's handy guide pamphlet in there that covers all your muscle groups with Big Z himself, showing how it's done. There's plenty of resistance in all of them, even for a athletic person like me. All rubbers in the set, the skinny ones too, are properly weighted and are used interchangeably throughout the training session. There won't be the case where you just working with couple of bands and the rest just gathering dust. Each and every one will be in full use. The one thing you should get is training gloves. The heavy band can be hard on your palms after a while unless you have thick skin. Get gloves, you'll need them.

Out of the 5 bands, two are very light so not really useable. The quality of the product is good however.

If youre looking for a budget option to weights then go for these . Real good quality and really good resistance and you will notice a difference in physique after a few weeks of using these . Cant praise these enough really good set

I needed a stronger (more weight) band than what I was using, and not many kits have bands that go up this high in weight. Perfect for my tricep pushdowns now. Definitely recommend!

This is a nice set with four bands and a storage pouch. Unfortunately, the first band (smallest) I took from the box has a manufacturing defect. Material looks like shaved off in a small area, which is likely a future failure point. Returned. Better quality control expected for this price.
