I am 100 lbs and wanted a small lighter backpack for hiking. This backpack is sized for a kindergardner. I didn't even pack it in my suitcase for my trip because it wouldn't hold my items. more importantly it was impossible to get water out of the hose. I thought I got the hang of it after a couple hours but it was just sporadic. sometimes water would flow freely & othertimes nothing. I could only drink .5 liters on my 14 mile hike in the desert. luckily I didn't die & just ended up carrying water bottles the next days. please just buy a name brand camelback.

This is a great pack for hiking! The water bladder fits perfectly in there, and is a good size. But the bite valve to get water out is poorly designed and doesn't work right. Followed all the instructions, still not good. Hard to get water out, you shouldn't have to bite like that. And then it slowly leaks, fills up the protective cap, and then water spills out when you go to use it again. Everything else is tip-top though. I've merely replaced the bladder with a spare I had and use this thing constantly.

This was purchased by my son before we went hiking in the Adirondacks. He uses it often. It seems durable and comfortable. He only wishes there were more pockets to stash snacks!

The mouthpiece does not allow for smooth release of water. Too hard to draw water out. Otherwise great pack but ultimately have gone to another brand.

Got this for a Christmas gift. Seems to be made well. Happy with purchase.

Excellent device. Back pack is comfortable. Had an issue with bladder and they sent a new one I received in just a couple days. They responded with a positive attitude.
