Great product

This is a great product and these made me feel much better however be aware that these are 18+. I was going to give some to my 14+ son as the results were great but thankfully I found out soon enough.

Increases my bowel function along with a healthy diet. Takes quite a long time to work!

These didn't work for me I'm afraid. Wasted money.

Doesn't work at all have taken up to 5 tablets with no real results, produces lots of gas but no solid results 😂

I go through periods of constipation on and off, and it is particularly annoying how much I blow up because of it, not to mention the uncomfortable feeling it gives you. I went through a period of bad constipation for about 10 days and was looking something natural and gentle to relieve it, as I was looking for a more long-term sustainable solution rather than a quick and potential harmful fix.That being said I got these and took one about 3-4pm. Next morning 8am I still felt backed up, no movement. 10am - bam, no stomach pains or anything, just the urge to go and unlike the many times the past week it wasn't a false alarm! And without getting too graphic it was easy, normal consistency, and painless. I will definitely keep taking these if they help me get regular and don't feel like a baloon 2 weeks out of the month!

I have taken these for a week they haven't worked for what they are supposed to do but they have evened out my hunger pangs which I feel is good .

Although it is a "natural" supplement, I found it gave me a headache and I felt a bit queasy after taking it with a meal. I also felt feverish. This could be a sign of a "detox" state but I already have a very healthy diet. It hasn't had any laxative effect and I am trying milled linseed instead as it feels more like taking medication.
