Brilliant Pizza oven
Bought one of these a few weeks ago and it's brilliant. Comes on a wooden pallet encased in a plywood case, very well packed but extremely heavy 46kg I think. The build instructions are rubbish, you really need to start at the back and work forward as I found that as you build one section and move on to the next you have to dismantle what you have done in order to get the next section to fit, having said that it is not that difficult. You do need at least 2 people to lift the oven onto the stand as it is very heavy. Using it is a doddle light the fire at the back and it reaches 300c in about 45 mins. You will need a laser thermometer as the the one fixed to the door is affected by the heat and discolours and is unreadable very soon I have replaced mine but the same thing happened again. Cooks a pizza in about 90 secs if you keep the temp above 300c. Good sturdy well built oven 5 stars.
