The hardware is excellent, but the iOS app software has left a lot to be desired. The equaliser on the newer Audio Pro app for some reason doesn't show up and doesn't work. Only the legacy app has a working equaliser but it's legacy which has some functionalities missing and the UI old and tired. The app also doesn't display that well on an iPad, with the fonts being so small and hard to read. On the hardware speaker itself, the bass is bouncy and soothing yet not overly boomy like some cheap speakers emphasising on the volume of bass without refinement. This speaker in my opinion has the best sound quality in its price range. It's especially so with jazz or classical music where instrumental timbre is not terribly distorted like some other competitors I've sampled with (such as HxPod or some HxxKxx speakers in similar price range.) Overall, it's pleasant to listen to and the money well spent.

Looks great. Sounds better. I've used this daily and still smile every time I hear my music start. Great sound quality at low levels when guests are over. Sounds great loud too. Though I never really go beyond 60-70%.

When I heard the sound from the initial speaker, I was pleasantly surprised. It's good quality, clear, and was far better than my iPod and Bose speaker from 5 or 6 years ago. Then I saw that you could connect multiple speakers so I bought another one. That was a MAJOR mistake. The app is terrible and there's no way you can play the speakers independently without using their application. These speakers come with 6 preset buttons, so you'd hope you can play the devices independently and unconnected and without using your phone and the app--no, not possible. Once the speakers are added to the app, you can either only play 1 device at a time or you have to play both together -- you can't play different music over each of the 2 speakers. Utter garbage, a complete and utter waste of money, and I regret buying the second speaker. There's been zero response from support (nothing, not even an acknowledgement) and I've just factory reset both speakers, deleted the app from both my phone and my wife's in the hope that I can set 1 speaker up on her phone and the other on mine -- nope, doesn't work. For some reason, despite factory resetting both speakers, deleting the app from my phone, and rebooting, the app has somehow remembered the other device. The app has no facility to allow you to delete a speaker from the app/device. It's on the same network so it detects (trust me, it wasn't this easy to setup the devices the first time around and now I can't get rid of them). Given there's no way I can delete it from my phone without doing another factory reset it means I have to go through the setup procedure again on both speakers and phones in the hope that I can isolate them. 1 speaker is great, but don't make the mistake of buying more than that. Garbage app, even worse support, and 100% regret buying the 2nd speaker.

Either poorly thought out or very poorly coded. Its a multiple times daily frustrating effort to connect to it.

Funziona alla grande da solo, un po' più difficoltoso metterlo in coppia a canali separati con un C10. Probabilmente ne acquisterò un altro da accoppiare per evitare i problemi con il modello precedente di qualche anno.

This speaker oozes quality, from it's build and classy looks to it's tight, detailed, deep and spacious sound. The app is easy to use, it has WiFi as well as Bluetooth and aux. Google home, Apple (whatever) for multi-room or pairing for true stereo, Spotify Connect built in, etc. It's downside, which for me isn't, is that there's no battery and hence has to be attached to a mains supply which makes it less portable. I wanted a home speaker to build upon for my living room and this looks and fits the bill. I got it for £281 on Amazon, based on hearing it's predecessor and I haven't heard anything remotely close to its sound quality under £500. The Sonos Move has a battery and hence is portable but I don't think it has the same sound quality of that's what you're after. I couldn't be more satisfied with a purchaser. Cheers Amazon for the price and Audio Pro for another remarkable piece of kit.

Very easy to connect via bluetooth, and WiFi setup only took 2-3 minutes through the Audio Pro app. Very impressed with the sound.

The build quality feels solid and premium, and the design fits beautifully into my space. Highly recommended if you want great sound, reliability, and a true multiroom experience.
