Decent product at a Good price
Heats up pretty quickly and holds so many towels. The inside of the cabinets are deeper than other warmers we've tried. We love it so far!Update: 5 months later and the warmer has left rust spots on the table and is starting to rust inside. Doors are left open when not in use and damp towels were only used in one cabinet but the rust is all over seems including the back and bottom of the unit.Still works great and does not affect the towels as long as they stay on the racks. Yellows even dry towels if they touch the bottom or sides of the inner cabinet if left in longer than one massage session.Still heats up quickly and works great otherwise!

Warm Towels? YES Poor Seals and excessive condensation? YES
It keeps the towels pretty warm, but the seal is terrible on this door. It drips (which is normal; the condensation has to go somewhere) but as it drips it has left an ugly rust mark down both of the front sides. When you open the door the condensation just pours off the door, often making the floor below slippery and wet.

I am a massage therapist and this warmer takes forever to heat up the towels. I am dissapointed.

this warmer only keeps towels warm for a couple of hours before they get too cool for client use
I am LMT ... The wire baskets should have rubber feet because they scratch up the bottom of the units when you take them in and out. This warmer keeps towels warm for a couple of hours before they start to cool. Be sure and leave your towels plenty wet if they're going to be in there for a while. they can dry out. PUT TOWELS IN HEATED UP FIRST.UPDATE 11-19-2018 still working good (both UV lights died right away) I use it 10+ hours/wk, I keep the doors open between use don't leave it on when empty, I take care of it. I love having 2 chambers because I use 2 sizes of towels in sessions ... nice & organized easy to grab without making a lot of noise.
