I needed a longer handle for my "one teaspoon" spoon use. So I thought I would try/order this one. It has worked so well for accessing foods in deeper jars, pouring oils onto it, etc., that I ordered a second one! I am very satisfied with the length, weight, sturdiness and practicality of this "one teaspoon" spoon! And am glad I now have two! My other "one teasoon" spoons that have short handles? They never see the light of day anymore...they stay in the drawer!

It's a little spoon with a long handle I use to measure out ingredients when I'm cooking / baking. No batteries, no moving parts and reasonably priced. It's pretty good.

I bought these for dosing my dog’s fish oil twice a day in his food. I bought a few of these and they are durable, sturdy, and wash perfectly without issues in the dishwasher. I’m so glad I got these! Totally worth getting if you want to either use as a little scoop or need to constantly measure something.

The reviews that talked about this thing weren't kidding. Holy geez what a scoop! I mean, this feels like something I'd pull out of my grandma's drawer that was made during WW2. I feel like this will outlast mankind. While an intruder normally wouldn't fear me holding this as a weapon, they very well should. I'm fairly confident I could easily cause a skull fracture if I made contact. I'm retiring my baseball bat and underwear for intruders and replacing them with an apron and this measuring spoon.tl;dr It's awesome, and can substitute a baseball bat in a home defense situation.

People are pumped on this spoon and I can understand why. It's spartan, utilitarian looks are only elevated by its gleaming luster and considerable heft. But be forewarned, potential buyer, for there is one flaw with this spoon that may surprise you. If, like me, you absentmindedly make the mistake of placing this spoon in a drawer with the bowl facing down, be prepared for an unpleasant struggle to pick up the spoon in your moment of need! The elegantly flat design of this spoon makes the entire top side of it lie flush to a surface and once it is in this position, gaining purchase of the stem or even the domed backside of the bowl is a feat of extraordinary difficulty.I now take extra care when returning this spoon to my drawer of measuring implements lest I make this mistake again. You have been warned!

Nice long handle and metal. So far pleased with the quality.

It's pretty pricey for a measuring spoon, if you can get a plastic one for cheaper then go for it. I used this to measure creatine for my protein shake. It's solid otherwise ( easy cleaning + doesn't decay)
