Works well when it works. Battery life sucks. It often doesn’t register my dogs barking, therefore they receive inconsistent shocks.

Miniature Schnauzer likes to bark until this comes on then it is over. Did not take long at all. A few light vibrates and then a tingle and she learned. Most of the time we just put it on her with out turning it on unless we leave. It works good. Don't get me wrong I feel bad about her getting zapped but dog barking is a misdemeanor and we are not getting rid of our dog. Wish we could get rid of our neighbors.

Just got two of these. Excellent and very well though out design.This is the only bark collar we could find that has everything we were looking for. First it's easy to very configure the app is intuitive and easy to understand. It beats out other dog collars that have either a vibration or shock setting,The progressive set up each step can be configured how you like. We have ours as voice first, then voice and vibrate then voice and shock. So our dogs get plenty of warning. What I love is the custom voice recording. We recorded our voices as as the warning and the dogs respond much better than they did with the buzzer on the old units. You can custom name the voice file as well and record more than one file.It also works as a trainer so you can correct on demand. The distance is limited to the Bluetooth range of your phone. I get close to 50ft which is fine given we would not likely be more than a few feet away when in training mode.Here's another plus. I used my phone to configure both collars then downloaded the app to my wife's phone so she can access them as well. Once connected all the current settings updated on her phone as well as the voice file name. WOW! I am impressed, these folks didn't miss any detail.Charge time is quick and lasts long, two days now and it they are above 50%. I was replacing one battery per day in the old units. Our dogs would just ignore the vibration and buzzer too. The barking is already down more than half since we started using these.I give it five stars all around. Next day delivery, easy to set up, does more than an all in one and the charge / battery life is great.

I have 3 of these now 2 work really well apart from the constantly disconnecting of blu tooth 1 is faulty sometimes when I pet my boy the collar will go of without him making noise and no noise at all around, also the bark log shows 3 logs at the top that should be the most recent but are from 2017 well before I ever got the collar.

The wind in the car ride activates it. The shock portion of the collar does not work I have put it on my hand and not call a thing at 100. Every time you open the app you have to reconnect the color to the phone. It does not connect very easily. The battery lasts a while which is good other than that the caller sucks.
