These bands are amazing! I would say the X-Heavy one is the best one to use since it provides the most resistance for your workouts.

love using these for shoulder mobility exercises and to warm up in general. If you are a volleyball player or a snowboarder like me. These are a must!!!

Bought for replacement of my old drill bits works great. No complaints.

Used low Resistance at first and the band was pretty neat, lightly used it about 4x in total before it snapped...not great but they are pretty long bands so not too bad I can manage with whats left, then after about a weeks worth of use micro cracks started to form all along the bands eventually they began to tear with minimal stretching rendering it useless.Meh -maybe half stars review but its cheap so maybe try another since it might have just been a bad band.Medium tension band essentially behaved the same; 2 weeks in and 2 bands are now in the bin...Can't recommend these as far as intended use they miss the mark pretty hard if you plan on having them for more than a week in my experience.

I like these bands because they are universal. I can use them for working out or stretching. I ordered the Grey/Black set and they are as listed in on the page. They were labelled accordingly from extra light (5 pounds) to extra heavy (25 pounds). That is a vast range of weights/resistance that will last me a while in my workouts. I also love that these are open ended. I have a set that are loops and they are just not as universal as these open-ended ones are. I do feel like I get a great workout/stretching from these and they do their job. They are a bit thin as they feel like they might rip if not taken care of every time. They also collect dust, hair, fur, and everything little particle very easily so I will have to wash these after every few workouts. Overall, I like these and would recommend them based on their usage and price.

I enjoy resistance exercise and lifting weights so I used these with weights in the gym and they held up great!!

After about 3 months, one of my bands tore in half. I had my older ones for years before they tore. The other ones are still holding up.

These have been great with new workouts on apple fitness that feature resistant bands. I was also able to pack them on a carry on bag as I traveled. Would recommend.
