The whole thing vibrates!
- The heads keep coming out due to vibration.- The whole gun vibrates, making it very hard to use it without getting pain in the hand.- the lowest setting is so powerful, it’s impossible to use it on the neck

Not charging.
Not charging at all and there is no charging indicator light work. It looks defective item. I will return it back for sure.
