I've had a headache 24/7 for over 6 years. Doctors can't figure me out, but they've ruled out any major medical causes. I've tried every medicine, and therapy available for headaches. I also have had a bad back since an accident in my teens and have used a Tens Unit for over 30 years with great success. So when this pad showed up in my search for replacement pads for my Tens Unit, I knew I needed to try it, and I'm so glad I did! I clean my forehead with alcohol wipes first, apply the pad and then adjust the setting to where I'm feeling the best relief. I usually use it in the morning for while I have coffee and check the news, and then again at night (which is when my headache is at it's worst) while I watch a little TV before bed. It really helps! I don't like taking a lot of medicine, so this is a great alternative. And hey, if I have less wrinkles that's just a bonus ;)

I received without a power charger so I can’t use the eye pad system very disappointed
