Sweet design
The dragon design on this bowl is so beautiful and well made, it deserved homemade Pho!Doesn't say anywhere in the description but it seems to be ceramic. It's really glossy so careful if you hand wash it. It's slippery. It does say dishwasher and microwave safe. Wouldn't recommend it. It's pretty thick but not too heavy of a bowl. Wouldn't recommend throwing it in the sink with the rest of the dishes, this could break. Take the minute to hand wash it.The one thing about this bowl is if you're eating temperature hot foods, the bowl gets hot quickly. You'll feel the temperature of your food within seconds. So if you have hot food, hold the bowl with a towel. The size of this bowl is rather small compared to other bowls Happy Sales has available. We also bought spoons to go with our bowls from Happy Sales. You can find the spoons on Amazon under Zoe Zuckerberg ceramic 4 Pcs hand made.

It's a Happy Bowl!!
The minute I saw this I knew that I had to have it! I make my own ramen (homemade broth, noodles, a variety of veggies, and of course a jammy egg on top), but it just didn't seem right eating it out of any plain old bowl. My new ramen bowl arrived early and was very well packaged. I was SO surprised when I saw it! It's much larger than it appeared in the picture. It actually holds a little more than 16 ounces! Just the perfect size. It's well made and as inexpensive as it was, it has a nice weight and feel to it. The chopsticks are always a challenge for me, but they are so cute on the bowl! I plan to purchase several more for gifts. Also, I want to see what else this seller has to offer. I very highly recommend!

Bowl is a win. But...
The bowl is beautiful and I honestly bought this product because I wanted the bowl from it. Yet, if you’re thinking about getting the set because it is a set, I wouldn’t. One of the chopsticks came broken and it was pretty heart breaking. I, though, have a bunch of chopsticks at my disposable so the chopsticks didn’t matter to me. Another note, if the chopsticks didn’t come broken, it’s all scratched up. It looks like the broken products they keep at the back of the shelf. The bowl itself is beautiful. It’s ceramic so it’s heavy but not something you couldn’t hold with one hand. It has cute little fish on it. So if you just want the bowl, go for it!

Quality Depends on the Packers
I bought this bowl because my husband decided he liked the one I bought in Japan and wanted to steal it for himself. The bowl itself is excellent and slightly smaller than mine (I should have double checked the measurements). I really like the cornflower blue and it's fairly durable for a bowl of this type. Although like most ceramic plates, I wouldn't treat it exceptionally harsh by banging it or dropping it. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets little chips or cracks that way.My only complaint, if you could call it that, is the chopsticks were scratched and one was broken. The damage is solely due to poor packing. The chopsticks merely rest in the bowl and if not properly cushioned, they're bound to move around during shipment and break or scratch. I've since purchased the same size bowl as my original one from another seller and that bowl arrived perfectly, with no damage, due to appropriate packing (the invoice said "Senior Packer Only", Haha!).So just be aware of that. We have a bunch of chopsticks at my house so the loss of one set wasn't that big of a deal. Otherwise, I might have been more disappointed.
