Not reliable for an RV generator with a long suction run
Tried to use this as a cheaper alternative for a replacement fuel pump on our onan generator on a class C RV.It seemed to do OK at first, test ran at house for a few hours at a time and all was good.....until we went out on the road with substantial driving. About 4 hours into the trip, the generator shuts off. Fuel pump is ridiculous hot to the touch...I think it was even boiling off the gas in the line. Let the generator rest for an hour, it will restart and then with 2 hours its off again.I wound up getting a different style pump from autozone during the trip, and that for sure ruled it as a bad pump because this autozone pump has been running the generator for well over 24 hours continuously and the generator hasn't skipped a beat.For an RV application, look elsewhere. My take is these pumps simply cannot handle high suction head as is the case with 15-20ft of fuel line on an RV.

It works as it should
It does what its supposed to do. Little noisy but most of them are.

Great little pump.
This little pump did exactly what it's supposed to do. I used this to cycle gas through a engine to clean out the sludge and I ran it for three days straight without any issue. Didn't even kill the battery and that actually surprised me with how powerful the pump is.

The pump does work well but is very noisey. replaced it with another from Amazon that is much quieter.
