The frame was perfect and hearts goes down smoothly. However, i didn't expect that heart and so as its box is way different in reality. Hearts were too small. If i will ask oldies to write their names they would probably throw it out on me. It's very small. You could only write the first letter. Heart box is too small as well and not the same with the one in photo.

The product is of low quality, and came broken, twice.

I love it but unfortunately the boc and glass got damaged in the shipping. Do you know where I might be able to just get the glass as its close to my wedding

I loved it!

I purchased this for my September 2021 wedding. The frame itself seems to be structurally sound. This is easily customized and affordable. We added some nice, thick burgundy paper from the craft store as backing so that it was not white. You could always do a photo too. Permanent markers definitely do not do well on the little wooden hearts. They bleed. We tried a black, oil based, paint marker and it bled too. The metallic paint pen I got has worked the best so far. We also are buying some other little crafty shapes in addition to hearts to make it our own.

Frame was broken when it arrived. One corner was not glued or stapled or anything so I had to glue it together. Also the hearts don’t slide down like they should when u put them in the slot my guests had to shake the frame pretty hard to get them to slide at all. so I ended up just having everyone leave them on the table and I put them in later. The box that comes with it to put the hearts in is adorable but hard to assemble because the pieces fit so tight. The wood is thin so it was hard to push them together hard enough without breaking It

I ended up painting everything that came with it. The wood is clearly unfinished, so without paint if ANYTHING gets on it the wood will absorb it and well or ink/things will bleed. Also the box that came with it doesn't fit together. I am going to just put the hearts in a glass container and display the sing as an instruction. The slots and pegs are different sizes. Still cheaper than the 50+ dollar options so I can work with it. But overall not the buy for the bride looking for an easy open and done purchase.
