Rugged and Comfortable!
I've had these shoes for a while now and they have held up great! I use them mostly for trail running and they have great traction. I was a little worried that the waterproof feature would cause them to sweat me out, but I've had no problem. I've used them in mud, snow, slush, and on asphalt and have no complaints.

Waterproof and Comfortable
I wear these all the time when walking my dog in cold, rainy weather and my feet stay dry. Sturdy and comfortable all day long. Worth the money.Brooks men’s size 7.5M fits this woman’s 9W foot.

Great hiker, with added memory insoles!
Why the 4 stars? Well, to be honest these shoes are not incredibly comfortable… for me anyway. But maybe that’s not fair since I always add memory foam insoles in my shoes and boots. I just prefer a really soft sole. These have a thin stiff sole.I added a photo of what made these shoes great! I buy these memory insoles at Walmart, not expensive at all, but give my shoes that extra comfort. I just slipped these in over the existing one, but you could easily remove the originals and replace with the new memory soles or your preferred orthotic. As another person here posted, I agree these are a bit stiff but hikers are often that way. These are very sturdy shoes, my feet feel really protected while wearing them. I love the colors, they match just about everything I wear. The fit run a little larger but that’s typical of adidas shoes for me, about a half size larger.Overall I’m very happy with these, but without the memory insoles, I wouldn’t keep them. But that maybe more of a me thing.I hope this helps some.

Terrex GTX never fails
I discovered the Terrex Swift GTX hiking shoe in 2015 and have owned three pairs of the originals. This is a new version of the same shoe and it is an improvement over what was already a great shoe. It seems a bit wider and more stable. The toe box is squared a bit which I like personally. The look is clean. And, I appreciate that they moved away from the pull/bungee lacing system to a more traditional lacing system. It seemed like a clever idea, but the cord lacing system actually wore away at the surface of the shoe fairly quickly. The GoreTex liner is the best waterproof shoe lining system I have ever worn in any hiking/outdoor shoe and adidas has mastered that fit and last. I have NEVER had a blistering or hot spot issue with ANY Terrex shoe or boot with the GTX lining insert. I simply pray that adidas does not abandon this product line EVER as they have done in the past with some of the best weather proof products (example: the Scorch Stadium jacket and pants...I own five sets because they stopped making them five years ago). Bottom line...these are great shoes and highly recommend them forever.

Great at first, then epic fail
Bought these shoes just over a year ago. Loved the look, loved the waterproofing, and thought they'd be great for taking my dog out 3-times-a-day for potty breaks and for 30 minute walks, especially in bad weather. Only worn on my lawn and on pavement. They were not used heavily or off-road.At first try-on, fit was unusual. These shoes felt narrower and more snug than others in my size, different, but not uncomfortable. I debated returning them because I thought they might be too small, but then I read a description of the shoe on Adidas' website where it indicated they are intentionally designed to hug and curve around the foot so your feet don't slide around the shoe while hiking.... and they do their job. So I kept them.I wish I had returned them. After about 5 months, the rubberized component over the toes began pulling away from the upper and the sole began pulling away from the bottom of the shoe, just from occasionally use. Now they've begun began leaking water. Not very useful for taking the dog out in bad weather. These shoes were way too expensive to be experiencing such problems in less than a year. I would never repurchase these shoes again AND I would think twice about buying Adidas shoes, because these really disappointed me.When these shoes were good, they were really good. But leaky waterproof shoes that come apart aren't useful in any capacity. One star...

Size
They run skinny not the best for wide feet. And also took a while to break in.

Everything is great but not very comfortable
Love the fact that they are water proof, and they have great traction although the comfort level isn’t amazing. Normally after a mile or so I can start to feel it. Best option I’ve found so far for something with good support and water proof though. Would be a 5 star if my feet didn’t hurt after a mile of walking which is not normal for Adidas, all of the other adidas I have are extremely comfortable. They are true to size as well.

Calidad y diseño
Desde hace unos 3 años, sólo he comprado terrex de Adidas, porque cumplen con los requisitos de alta durabilidad que prometen. Y el diseño está increíble.

Meio rústico.
A sola é meio dura. Não é muito confortável, mas mantém os pés secos na chuva e em poças de água.
