Good size and very sharp
I wasn't sure about the quality with the price. But I have been really impressed and it seems to fit my purposes well with my knife skills.

Ultra-Sharp - NOTThe company says: "This chef knife is high quality German high carbon stainless steel precision stamped and forged." It is made in ChinaUsed it cut and dice an Onion. Constantly, The onion stuck to blade. Cutting the potatoes was even worse.A real disappointment.
