Listen, these were the CUTEST. The colors were bright, they weren't COMPLETELY opaque, but they were opaque "enough" if you know what I mean. The problem is that "plus size" doesn't really mean what you expect it to mean. Let me be blunt here: They fit around my legs and thighs just fine, and they weren't tight or pinchy at all. But they're not stockings. You have to pull them up, and that's where the problem lies. Even if you aren't as wide as a barn door, the top part is still way too short to pull up over a FUPA and rest there comfortably for any length of time. I made it work for me because (a) I had no other choice or option and (b) I was going to be moving around at all. I was parked in a chair on the porch handing out candy, so I didn't have to deal with what happens with ill-fitting hosiery when you move around a lot. But every time I DID get up, to stoke the bonfire or run in the house for more candy, I had to wrestle and fight with them rolling down. I wouldn't buy these again, and if you're a bigger girl who is looking at these, I'd advise you to move on to other options and not waste your time here.

I'm leaving 4 stars because these are the beat stripped tights I could find, but they're not great.I'm 6' and 240 pounds, so tall with thick thighs; the tights get cloooose to my crotch, but not quite there. It's closer than other pairs I've tried, but the waistband sits low on my hips as well.The material is like 60-70% opaque, and haven't torn/ran yet (2 light wears).I'd say to wear these, you can be tall or thick, but not both.

I loved these tights. I'm a bigger girl and these were super opaque and comfortable.

I read the reviews but still ordered.... it is stretchy, but no way is plus size!if you have a big bum, this won't fit past your tights. I managed to stretch my enough to fit by my waist, then I'll wear panties on top to stop from rolling (you're welcome!)

This product did surprise me. It fit my body way better than the usual one size fits all costume tights. That being said it still wasn't perfect.The tights are perfectly opaque up until the knee- then over the knee they're very sheer as they're obviously struggling to contain my thighs. They're hanging in around my stomach ok. They don't hurt to wear or feel constricting. Unfortunately, after 3 uses they're starting to tear around the crotch. If you only need them for one or two uses, they're great for larger legs-- but if you want something long term? Maybe pick up something else.

I'm over the weight limit of these and they still fit, I'm a size 14 and 5'4". However, my issue is that the color on the photo of the stockings is horribly misrepresented. I was looking for a light or baby pink and black striped stocking, which is what the photo shows. I received hot pink and black striped stockings, which does not fit with my costume, so I need to return them.

These colors are great for costume wear, and they’ll be ok for the once or twice I’ll wear them. But for the $, they’re really not what I expected. Size wise, I’m 5’6” and 125#. These are barely long enough to come up to the tops of my legs, and definitely won’t stay up. I’ll be wearing something overtop to make sure they don’t fall down all day/evening. They are definitely cute, opaque, and the color is bright (black/hot pink).

I always worry when things say "plus size" that they really won't fit; but these do... They stretch nicely and look really fun. The green is nice and bright. They are thin and very basically made -- (so I don't expect they will be a long lasting item.) But for a costume? They are awesome.

Bought these for a Halloween costume because I thought they would be better quality then what you buy at Walmart. Very expensive for such a cheap product.

The tights are comfortable for the most part but I found it very difficult to pull it over my waist without ripping.Luckily I’m wearing it for Halloween so the rips won’t really matter but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone bigger who is trying to keep the tights in good condition.
