Applied Biochemists L00734 Shoreklear Plus Aquatic Herbicide, 1 gal

This worked really great on the yellow primerose that was taking over my 1 acre pond. I had spent days last year trying to control it by manually pulling it out with a rake. This year on the advise of an article I read, I purchased this product and tried it. Much to my amazement it worked great. Within a week after applying I noticed the pond weeds had stopped growing and were turning to a different color. Another week went by and most if not all was denigrating. It only took a couple of ounces mixed with four gallons water in my back pack sprayer to do the job. So I have plenty to treat again if needed. The best part is it only took about 30 minutes for me to treat instead of days like last year. I think any one will be pleasantly surprised at how good it works and will not harm the fish.

Bought to kill off foliage growth in pond and it works very well. Used in a backpack sprayer so spray's a distance into the pond. Coats tops of weed growth. Best to use on sunny days where it has time to absorb without being washed off by rain showers. Take's a couple of weeks for it to absorb into the leaves and seep to bottom roots then they start's dying off. Area's that have died off have not returned. Good value

I am unable to test the water in our pond, however, we haven't had any fish or turtles die and our ducks are in the pond all the time and drink the water and they've had no problems - so, I believe that this is a great product to use around the pond. It is slow - you cannot expect instant results. The bottle says a few days, it is more like 2-3 weeks before you see the results, but it works. We have found the best use is to spray the foliage we want to get rid of, wait a week to a week and a half, and then go in and cut it down and drag it off. This gets rid of it and kills the roots so that it doesn't return. Good price too.

This stuff annihilated the cattails and pond grass. I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if it pulled up the dead remnants for me but have to do a little work I reckon. A little goes a long way when mixed properly. Used Dawn dish soap as a surfactant and it works great

I like that it works as well or, far as I'm concerned, even better than Round-Up, and in addition to killing the weeds around poles, trees, fences etc., I can also use it in and around my pond to keep all kinds of weeds away! In two years of using it, it I give it 5 stars only because I can't give it more!

I used it a few times and it made a little difference but not much. I am goingto try again next year and update my review.

Works well. I like to use a marking dye too. Apply with a tank sprayer to control Lizard Tail in pond & sweet gum saplings on shore . Works on bull nettle on our upland pasture.

We sprayed this on the cattails at the lake and I have to say I was skeptical (those buggers are relentless) we cut the stock down about half way on part of them and the other half sprayed the entire leaf. Two weeks later the plant is dead and pulls easily out of the water. I will be ordering more!
