Nice rug, received with damage
Pro - Rug colors are nice, true to online pictures.Cons - Width is actually 9 ft 4 in, rather than 9.6, as stated, delivery was terrible, this was addressed in a separate review. Outer plastic wrapping was gouged, when removed, I saw the rug was damaged. Amazon was called and issued a 20% refund. However, after unrolling the rug, I discovered the damage/hole went through 2 layers of the rug and I now feel the credit was insufficient. I used my large Dyson to vacuum and had to empty the canister 4 times due to the rug fiber coming up. I also noticed the fiber appeared very dirty, I'm concerned about how filthy of a rug I my have brought into my home. Not a great experience, overall.
