Girls Medieval Princess Costume

My daughter had medieval times at school and had to dress from that era. We ordered this costume and it surpassed expectations. Great quality and fit.

We loved the dress. Beautifully made and good material. It was long for my 5 YO so I just cut it but it did the job and did it well

Even though the fabric is thin, it’s not see through that it’s important. Fitting was perfect. Tag says it’s only spot clean but I washed twice on gentle cycle inside a mesh bag and noticed no damages, no color change, no tears, and no shrinking. I do air dry it after every wash. Color is accurate too.

So my daughter needed this for a school play. She and about four other girls all had the same dresses, most of which chose this pink color. The color on here is a dead ringer in person. But I also got to see the royal blue and it is fantastic. This dress looked so cute on these girls. I don’t know about the other girls, but we got the exact size my daughter typically wears and this thing was too long for her. I know it’s supposed to sort of “puddle” at the bottom, but yikes. I do have to give it some credibility though; as much as this dress was stepped on, it took it like a champ and not a single stitch ripped or a piece of fabric tear. Through a three act play, that was done twice in one day. Getting this off was a hassle though. It didn’t have enough give for my daughter to get her arms out by herself, I had to hold the wrist area so she could pull her arm out. It definitely didn’t stretch much in the arms.The black and gold belt piece is not attached, whatsoever. It Velcros around the waist. This isn’t a huge deal, but for a play, seeing it twisting on some of the girls was making me cringe a little lol. Also the crown! Ohhh the crown. First, it only covers the front half of the head. No biggie, that’s all you need, right? Well, you need a decent strap to hold it on, too. A very thin strip of elastic doesn’t cut it. And the “crown” piece itself is thick and heavy! Luckily, it wasn’t need for the play, because the few times my kiddo put it on just playing around at home, it slipped and dropped down around her neck every time!

Bought this for my grand-daughter for Halloween. It is very well made, the fabric is a nice weight. And very comfortable (according to her). I did have to hot glue the big gem back onto the crown the first time she tried it on, but that was no big deal. She looked great in it and I think she will be able to use it next year when we go to the Renaissance Fair. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this dress for my average sized, almost 8 year old daughter to wear to her school Fairy Tale ball Guinevere. It fit perfectly and was gorgeous! The color is a beautiful mix of burgundy and deep pink. So nice that it came with a beautiful crown that has an elastic band to hold it in place rather than uncomfortable plastic or metal. She and I both were thrilled with the purchase! It *is* a little long but it's supposed to be for that style of dress. It wasn't absurdly long. Need a medieval dress for your daughter? This is it!

Dress was made in good quality material, true to size, the only downside is the gems on the crown came off within a few hours of use but I just hot glued them. Overall really good!! My daughter received lots of compliments at the venue and she loved it

My daughter loved this costume. The head band/ crown was a little bit big but it was an easy fix by putting a knot in the elastic and using Bobby pins. Also the belt wouldn’t stay put so we just didn’t use it.
