I take resveratrol daily and tried this as an alternative. I did get an energy boost from it I imagine from the green tea extract, I was a little disappointed to find that it was proprietary blend. I like to know what doses I'm getting of an ingredient in my supplements.Overall I would take again for the energy support I can't speak to the resveratrol effects as it's my first bottle and I don't feel a noticeable difference.

Very good product. Have been taking for about a month. Feel great and great product for the money.

The two pack is awesome I guess this is a value pack, I decided to keep them refrigerated because my apartment gets pretty hot. I'm taking it with my first meal of the day. Will write an update later
