The product arrived damaged, and it is very poorly made and was actually painful for my dog to wear. I get that it is a silly costume for a dog and I did not in anyway expect it to have amazing quality. With that being said, the quality and design of the product was so poor that my dog couldn't even wear it. The product was just a wire that was bent in a shape that roughly resembled wings, had some red pantyhose pulled around the wire and then had a small child randomly drizzle some glittery glue over the pantyhose. Then they took two small strands of elastic and glued the ends to the wire and then attached some very large and rough velcro to the other ends (the part that will sit directly under the pooches armpits). And don't forget the incredibly large sales tag that they also glued on that is almost the same size of one of the wings. I had to very carefully try to cut it off because pulling it in anyway threatened to cause the whole thing to fall apart. I know this was only $6 but honestly, I could have made several of them for $3 with supplies from the local dollar store. The velcro on the elastic was much larger than the elastic itself and sits right in the crook of the dogs armpit causing it to chaff and poke the pup. I put it on my mini yorkie, had a laugh and took a picture or two and then threw it away. It might work if you have a sweater on your dog that protects their "arm pit" from the velcro. I feel conflicted leaving such a poor review for such an inexpensive product that by design was only intended for a day or two of use but honestly, this was just so poorly made that I can't even give them that benefit. My dog couldn't even wear it at all.

Very cute costume. The problem is the sizing. I would think of my 60 lb dog as large. I ordered XL because I read reviews that said the costumes run small. I couldn't find a sizing chart until one arrived with the costume.My dog's chest is 28, most closely matching XL sizing on the chart which is what I ordered. The costume was 7.5 inches away from closing around her chest.
