My husband bought me these about a year ago as a gift when I got serious about knitting (I started over a year ago) and I've been in love with them ever since. The metal is smooth and the yarn glides nicely over it, the tips are nice and sharp, and the cables are solid and work properly. I discovered I prefer swivel cables (who doesn't?) but I still enjoy using even the fixed cables. I've recommended these many times to friends. Very good product.Note: to anyone with difficulty keeping cables fastened: make absolutely sure you use the cable key to tighten them. I've had no issues once I made sure to consistently tighten them using the key. (And yes, before the cable key, even when I thought they were tight, they came unscrewed. Not anymore!)

I love these needles. They are sharp and can get between stitches. I’ve been using them on a pattern with lots of K2together stitches, and I never miss with these. I don’t look at the needles all the time, but when I pick them up to resume a project, the meditation word on each one reminds me to relax and enjoy my knitting time.

I just started knitting and got these needles so I could make more projects. They seem sturdy so far and are easy to use. The sharp tips pick up stitches easily and the yarn slides along them nicely.

I've only had them for a week, so I can't really say how they will hold up. So far I'm impressed. They have a wonderful smooth join from needle to cable. These tips are tapered further than my old set of needles so for me it's easier to slide into the stitches. Yarn slips easily from one needle to the other. I've haven't used the attachment to make an extra long cord yet. I've been using the longest cord with a swivel for making a pair of mittens. That is long enough for a magic loop. Size is printed on each needle, also the case had a pocket for each set with the size labeled.

My Knitter wife was ecstatic to get these! She likes the versatility and quality of this set. :-)

I considered myself to be a beginner knitter. I have considered purchasing a interchangeable set in the past but couldn’t justify the cost.I received these yesterday, started a project, and WOW!! I didn’t know I was struggling with my bamboo needles. I didn’t understand what other reviewers meant by “yarn glides smoothly” until today.Not sure why I waited so long. So happy I found this set.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been using this set fine for a little over a year. However, last night the cable came apart from the needle while I was working on my project. For the price you pay, this shouldn’t occur ever. Not only that, but when I shared to Instagram about this issue with videos, the company reached out and said hey you should have contacted us (which you know I thought being from Amazon I’d have to just deal with Amazon). I tagged them privately in the video so that we could potentially get to a solution. Instead of that, they shamed me for sharing my experience (I don’t even have a large following) and then asked me to take down my story which would go down anyway after twenty four hours. If this was isolated to just my cables, I’m not sure, I’m obviously upset with the faulty expensive product, but the customer service or lack there of was just as bad. If you want to buy these needles, which on their own I think are okay, but you run the risk of this happening to you. And to clarify, it’s not like the cable just came out and I could reattach it with a little bit of glue. The inside of whatever the cable structure is composed of like little silver fibers and stuff like that completely failed and snapped. I will add they did refer me to a product replacement page on their website but this is only valid for one year from purchase, which since I bought this in January of last year I’m out of that range. Their site also has a lot of stipulations regarding undue stress or pressure, which as a knitter, pretty much any project you have is going to put some degree of stress or pressure on cables. In this case, I was knitting a sweater sleeve with the body of the sweater resting on my lap so the weight of the sweater shouldn’t even be a factor. That being said I have been using another interchangeable needle sets for 10+ years and not once did this happen with those. Again for the price, this shouldn’t have happened.

This is a great kit for those who have issues with needles coming unscrewed from cables. Simply use the cables with the rotating ends on them. Tighten the needles using the tool for leverage. The cables still rotate no matter how tight you fasten the needles. I've always had issues with needles working loose until I got these. I've used them for a week or more now and no kinks or loose needles. Perfect and well worth the price.
