Works great but not on Amazon Prime
This is a great chemical-free, safe, and effective dishwashing detergent. Leaves my dishes clean and shiny with no residue or film. Easier than the DIY dish detergent I used to make that would get rock solid, better, and really gets the job done. Con - this is not available on Amazon Prime.

It's pretty good
I bought this as an alternative to oxy-fresh, which I used to find at grocery store and then couldn't find anymore. I could still find oxy-fresh here on Amazon through 3rd party sellers for prohibitively expensive prices. Oxy-fresh cleaned my dishes superbly plus no hard water stains over the dishwasher manufacturer recommended Powerball that i had been using for years. From the first wash with this oxy-dish, I was pretty satisfied. It's not quite there against oxy-fresh but definitely more economical than cascade platinum which is the next closest in terms of dish cleanliness with a little stuck on food. Plus it's not so laden with chemical detergents like other brands. So yeah it's pretty good. I only run dishwasher a few times per week but we still have over half a jug left since l got this more than a month ago so it seems fairly economical for the price you pay. I just use 1 scoop I the compartment for regular loads and sometimes a little more for a boost for heavy loads. I might go back to grocery store brands in another couple of months when this bottle is gone, but time will tell. Dishwashers are all different but if you're on the fence about trying this, like I was, i will say go for it, give it a shot, see how it goes with your machine, it's pretty good. I wish l could say the thing about HE clothes washing machines.

Messed up my dishwasher
Will not ever buy again ! Messed upMy dishwasher, after a couple of uses I notice my dishwasher wasn't working the same as before using this, not sure exactly what it did to it but messed it up, careful when using this product on your dishwasher

REALLY WORKS!
FANTASTIC product! As good, maybe BETTER than older dishwasher detergent formulas (with phosphate). Have a roasting pan to scrub? Not me - a teaspoon to a tablespoon of oxy-dish, add hot water, let soak - my pots and pans look brand new.

There are several things we really like about this product - the chlorine and phosphate free formulation that will still remove almost any food stain, that it's so concentrated we can usually use about half a scoop unless we have a very full load, that it leaves a spot-free finish without having to use a rinse agent. The only complaint, and it's minor, is that there's no totally fragrance-free version. The fragrance is listed as not artificial and it's very light compared to most products, but for some reason it clings very strongly to certain silicone kitchen items (and why would we ever want any fragrance, natural or otherwise, in our dishwasher detergent?).

Great results
I bought this because of issues with our cesspool. It’s biodegradable. I wasn’t expecting it to be anything special. But much to my surprise it is fabulous. The glasses sparkle. Really cleans well. Wish I had found it sooner.

Changed, went to crap
Must have changed your recipe because this last batch stinks funny and don't work worth crap. Used to be the only thing that worked for my water.

Works like a charm
This is my 3rd purchase in 3 years.I never use a whole scoop, 1/4 or 1/2 a scoop has lasted me a year and I have very hard water. I do at least 4 to 5 loads a week with great results. I put in a new septic system and wanted to reduce chemicals that would mess with the system. I am using a rinse agent but given what I save on this it works for me.Highly recommend!
