Pelican2765C Headlamp, Black

This is a great little light. Very bright and Quality built. My only complaint is that it is extremely hard on batteries. I ha e to replace the batteries twice a week. I'm not sure why seeing it's an LED set up. Other than that I love it

私の仕事の使用環境(周辺環境や照らす対象物がバラバラ)ではLEDの照らし方の欠点がモロ影響して、使用する度にハロゲンなどの電球タイプが欲しくなる趣味の自動車をさわる時はこれを使う場面と割り切れるので不満は少ない購入ポイントはコンパクト軽量。実際、首疲れなど筋肉疲れはしていない

I use this headlamp every day for my 3rd shift job as a mechanic. It's bright and has proven to be tough.I find the spot mode a little too centered and mostly stick to the flood setting which spreads light out nicely over whatever I'm working on.Battery life is average, if I want peak performance I install new batteries evey other night but keep in mind that it's in use for hours at a time during my shift.All weather performance is excellent. I've had zero issues using this in the rain and snow.Lastly the elastic headband is unfortunately loosing some of its strength over the half year I've used it. That's unfortunate in my opinion and maybe this products biggest weak point.

I like the quality and design of the light, but it is just too focused for my uses. If you have it on your head and you are trying to illuminate what is right in front of you you will get a really bright white dot on your subject, leaving 70% of it in the dark. Maybe it would be better for walking/running where you are looking further out, but for illuminating work in your hands the light needs to be diffused more.
