Useful, excellent customer service.
The product is very light and very useful. I used it on multiple international trips including in castles in France and Greece. It really lets you get over walls and through small holes to get drone like shots.I did break the bottom mount when I had an Insta360 X2 mounted and the stick was half extended and my vehicle lurched. I have to say that I am very happy with the customer service. I chatted with them and sent them a picture over the chat and within 15 minutes they agreed to send me not one but two replacement mounts. I understand that with such a long stick, a lot of torque can be generated and the mount can fail. But the customer service's understanding and response was very commendable.

You’ll be pleased with this product
Happy with purchase. Worth the cost. Very sturdy even when fully extended. Light weight as promised. Works great with action cameras especially GoPro360 the pole disappears and with the pole fully extended you can get an unbelievable view.

the good the bad and the really ugly...
for $140 overall its has its good points but more bad points. the best part is that it's seriously lightweight and can be held at the very rear end with one hand with a small 360 camera. it "does" bow though but not near as much as the insta360 10' pole. the gopro twist bolt "does not get tight enough" to keep the camera in a straight position. i have it torqued as much as it will go. every time i turn on or off the camera it moves causing me to have to straighten the camera after i turn it on to make sure its straight. it is nice that it folds down so small but...mine is stuck so and i can't get it to go into its shortest position. the twists to tighten and losen is janky at best. one of the twisters got stuck and i couldn't un-tighten it so i had to pound it on the floor to force it and feared that i might break it but i got it. it feels well tooled until you start to use it then it's annoying and frustrating somewhat. "IF" you dont extend all of the "pole lengths"...the telescoping poles will "RATTLE" and your mic with pick up this very annoying clacking sound! this is probably the worst part for me. it only is functional @ full length IMO. still because of the weight i still consider it worth having and not really mad about the $140. the fact that it's carbon fiber and extremely lightweight almost makes up for all of the other shortcomings. when this breaks though... i will look elsewhere to see if there is anything else that can compete. BARELY RECOMMENDED because of it's light weight. EDIT: i am changing from 2 stars to 3 stars.

It will collapse on you
Had this for about half a year, I finally used it last week for the first time on a leisure activity. I placed this in my Sunday golf bag and mounted a 360 camera on it. It stayed in the bag along with 6 other clubs, so it was king of snug. It was extended to about 50 inches so that my clubs don’t block my camera. The shaft collapsed on me a few times while walking my bag over my shoulder. It probably happened about 3-4 times in the span 3 hours. I didn’t expect the the walking and putting my bag down to keep breaking the tension that keeps it the stick extended. I would have to extend the shaft again, make sure it’s fully tight, rinse and repeat. Because of that experience, I have to knock a few stars off, because I don’t think it is worth as much as I paid for it.
