The San Francisco Music Box Company Cardinals Antique Lantern Snow Globe

My wife collects music boxes and I got her this for our 45th anniversary. The cardinals remind us of the years we lived in Illinois.

Ordered this as a gift, was worried it would be cheap quality, but was impressed, it was actually a nice gift.

In my younger days I would often frequent the San Francisco Music Box store at my local mall and buy gifts for my Mom. I miss the store, and was excited to find I can buy items from them on here. I bought this for my Mom for Christmas and was so excited to see her open it. I thought it would just be displayed during the Christmas season, but she loved it so much it is a regular fixture in her house now. Can't wait to see what else I can find for next Christmas!

Beautiful musicbox

when my order of the cardinal snow globe arrived, the figurine inside the globe was broken, and the music wouldn't play. I contacted Amazon, and sent the item back in, at no cost to myself after printing out the label they provided. I mailed the globe back in on a Monday, and Thursday I had a brand new one !! It was in PERFECT condition !!! It is very pretty and I am totally happy with not only the snow globe, but with the excellent manner in which it was handled. So for me, even though it was a rocky start it all worked out very well and I am giving it a 5 star rating.

It is just beautiful.. it plays music, and works fine..It is a Christmas gift for my daughter, so it is already wrapped and put way. I would recommend it to anyone who loves snow globes. It is made very well, and the San Francisco Music Box Co. has been around for years and sell nothing but quality merchandise, and stand by their merchandise.
