**update feb 22** I’ve read other review about intrusion of privacy. Any tech savvy person can figure out how to work this easily. I found as I solely use my iPhone, I screenshot my shipping label and crop the section I need. The app only asked you to upload pdf or image so the screenshot works. Never had to send anything to my WhatsApp or anything - still working very well. **Please note (as it was not clear when I was ordering) that this machine came with a label holder. I had ordered one so then had 2. Bonus obviously but just to save you having to return one.This was so straight forward, I was worried I would have to plug into my pc to initially set it up but I did not. I was able to follow the instructions for Bluetooth/mobile and now it’s just a case of turning it on and using the app to print the label I need to. Very convenient. I have not tried printing multiple as I do not need to currently but I know if I need to I just need to be plugged into the PC for that.Very convenient and quick packing up an order and printing that label off is so quick I don’t see why I would need to print multiple at a time (maybe if I get busier lol). But I was just looking for something fast and that I only had to use my phone and this does the job!

Great printer at an affordable price, easy to set up and use. Very helpful support from a responsive customer service team, both pre and after sales. If only all companies were like them.

Had an issue with the printer as it was Advertised as ‘Airprint’ compatible but doesn’t appear on IOS Only works as Bluetooth printer - so you do have to access via a very basic app and can indeed only print one label at a time from saved documents. But if like me, you want to print from the share button (AirPrint) on IOS then this is currently not available. That said when I had an issue I contacted the customer service team who were very helpful indeed. All in all I am happy and the printer does work quickly and clearly. Just wish the printing process and the app were a bit more advanced. Would still buy again.

I had given a lot of thought to buying a thermal printer over the last few months. I sell small items on eBay and was getting through two ink cartridges a month.Priced at £15 a cartridge it soon eats into any profit…. And then there’s the kerfuffle of cutting and sticking labels onto the packagesAlso the HP printer I have is on floor level ( only place it would fit) and a woman of my age shouldn’t be crawling on her hands an knees sorting out either a paper jam, cartridge Change or seeing what other error the printer decides to throw at me.So I did a bit of research and this printer was named as the most popular budget printerWhat drew me to it was Bluetooth capability and smartphone compatabilityI benefitted from a voucher £20 off so purchased this for £99 - I ordered extra labels for just over £11 … well worth it tooThe parcel arrived the same day ( Amazon prime has its benefits!) and within the hour I had it set up to print Came with appx 15 free labels and a label holderI had down loaded the app on my phone alreadyFirst try ….nothing printed - I had inserted the paper upside down - doh!The knack of printing off eBay seemed a bit clunky to start with but now I have worked it out it’s really easyI’m the one that doesn’t follow instructions I tend to make it up as I go along! It’s well worth sitting down with a brew and actually read the pamphlet!It’s a compact little printer that I have already plugged and unplugged and taken to different rooms to use. The print quality is good. I am really pleased I bought it.Me and this little fella are going to get along swimmingly

I saw the other reviews saying this was hard to connect to the app, but having seen video reviews of the same generic type of printer I hm figured thess reviewers just hadn't installed the right app, or were perhaps not tech savvy.Bad assumption. From a tech savvy person: this thing is absolute crap. Barely ever connects, has mysterious unexplained led indication lights and no manual or explanation. No way to manually reset Bluetooth or set up pairing. It's like going back to the days of your inkjet printer than never printed properly and always complained whilst showing obscure error messages on a 2 digit monochrome display. At least those had manuals.

Just plug and play, to create your labels from big to small fantastic bit of kit and good price too.

I don't usually leave reviews for products, but in the interest of accuracy (having seen other reviews before purchasing for myself), I want to clarify that it DOES support bluetooth.Now, there is an issue with the Quickstart Guide for the bluetooth connectivity. The QR code takes you to the download for a home security app, so don't follow that. I use Android, so I searched Google Play store for 'Shipping Printer' and found the app with the icon as pictured in the instructions.I searched for printers and found mine. Now, another thing to note is if you wait a few seconds longer, it'll show one with a bluetooth symbol, CLICK ON THIS ONE, not the first one that comes up on the list. I've crossed out the one you shouldn't click, and highlighted and circled the one you should click in my attached image.It printed perfectly over bluetooth using this method without needing to connect it via wires.I did try searching for it using the normal bluetooth print method (outside of the app) and it didn't work, which is perhaps where some people are going wrong. It only seems to work via the Shipping Printer app, but once again, it DOES WORK.I set the density to max (15) in the print settings and it came out so clear. I'm really impressed!

I needed a thermal printer for several years. Watched for a cheap Brother one, but didn’t have $300. Even the Rolle was pricey. Stumbled across a YouTuber raving about it.Found a cheaper one - this one - and took a chance. With discounts, it was $64 w/ Prime Ship.Look, I love this thing so much! It’s fast, easy to set up with your smartphone and/or tablet or PC. It’s Bluetooth and USB, not WiFi. No, it’s not an AirPrint printer, either.However, I have it on my quick menus, and a selection when I’m printing or saving labels.Definitely one of the best acquisitions for my small business.Plus, you can print name labels, stickers and anything you can think of. Like barcodes and UPCs.
