I have used choline for a few years. It was also combined with inositol but I chose to recently just use choline bitartrate as the inositol for me was not necessary and may not be for yourself but read about all of this first. If you want to have a sharp mind that functions well and improved memory this is one supplement you need do add to the list. I am amazed to see how much sharper my mind is compared to many younger people I have worked with. You'll gradually realize this is working. Not to worry if you miss a day.

Amazing Formulas Choline Bitartrate is really good to help increase cognitive function. The price is very reasonable because you get 180 tablets in a bottle. It also uses no GMO or Gluten. When paired with 20mg or 30mg of Vinpocetine the combination really improves memory and concentration quickly. If you don't have Vinpocetine the Amazing Formulas Choline Bitartrate works just fine by itself and you still get results quickly. You need to make sure to take it every day to get quick results. With regular use you will have better short and long term memory and concentration! I highly recommend this product because it's a great deal and it really works!!

I’m sure it’s a perfectly good supplement if you need it, but it is too large to take on the off chance you might need it. Choline was a suggested supplement to add to some minerals that I have deficiencies in and need to take for muscle cramps and sleep. But so far it doesn’t make me feel better and is a chore to swallow.

Choline Bitartrate. A solid. Hmmm. That's different. Every other Choline I've tried is an oil base. Okay, and...it works. I can't feel anything! I don't feel smarter, more alert, nothing. HOWEVER, when I self-test on picturegram memory enhancement, I have gone from 10 to 13 (out of 20) in memory. Hmmm. I can remember 13 digits, and here's the thing, I can remember them the next day! I truly wish a brain supplement would be like a drug or at least caffeine but, no. Nothing. I feel nothing, not even smarter but there is evidence to the contrary, and at 60, I'll take it.So, we're down to THREE supplements which really, really work: this one, Quercetin, which I also give my dog and his allergy is gone, and K2 Mk7. Maybe Turmeric but, too much and it's like a super hot burrito "in the morning".

Can't specify if it is working. Pills are quite big.

I think Choline is an important supplement to take. While trying to select which one to purchase, I almost gave up. After some research, I chose this one. It does have a tinge of sour taste when you pop it in your mouth, but I do not mind it at all. It's small, and very easy to swallow. I have hard no digestion issues taking it, and I am hoping, over time, it works and does what it is supposed to.

I bought this after researching the ingredients of more expensive products and this one won out. I think it's working as I'm amazed at what I remember and what I tend to forget. I wold recommend giving it a try if you only want to address memory. Otherwise ask your Dr. what they would recommend.
