I am a gym guy and I used to eat one after I came back from the gym and it made me full to the amount that I felt energetic and not lethargic after the workout but not too full that it made me sleepy. It was just a perfect amount. Also the flavours are one of the best things about yogabar. I am huge chocolate enthusiast and to come across flavour like brownie mix and cranberry and peanut butter made me happy that I was eating something that was a substitute of chocolate and was this healthy.This is definitely a very nice product and fully fat free.Best for protein and flavours.Must try it .

Was a really great product I did not receive expired product as many people said maybe they could have got but I have got true product which is good natural and the 10g protein version of yoga bar has high sugars causing energy crashes but this is good even if the 10g one is taken with fiber it will be good I would say all yoga bars are genuinely good except some

I've been gaining healthy weight just by eating these and i exercise regularly

It showed that it contains 16 pieces (10+6) but received only 12 pieces (6+6)

These bars are my go-to snacks because not only are they very healthy and high in their protein content but they are also very filling and tasty! It easily helps me fill my protein requirement for the day. I would definitely say it's a value for your money and hence i would totally recommend this product!
