Amazing tool
This tool was to be my personal tool as I had difficulty with my husbands' oscillating multitool. I love the ease of changing the different tools. That hinge instead of a chuck works amazingly well. I have arthritis in my hands so using a chuck is very difficult. The battery life is great. Didn't need to recharge to complete my projects.

Stopped working after just a handful of uses
I use the tool as a DIY hobbyist; (very minimal use) Bought it in April 2022, by August 2022 it no longer works. I think the battery or charger is broke. I called the customer support, they said they would have to call me back in 5+ days to arrange a fix ????? Its been more than 5 days and no call back.In summary,Price is good,Tool works well (at least for the first handful of times)BAD / HORRIBLE customer service. I have a useless tool now with NO resolution in sight.BUYER BEWARE.... Buy a brand name TOOL!

Great to use for those certain cuts
Use it for the first time and broke already . wouldn't recommend it

Powerful though it is battery operated.
Amazed at it's durability and power. Handy being battery operated to take it anywhere you might need to use it. No worries of looking for power source or extension cord. It does how ever require a certain amount of skill if you have never used one before, so take your time, go slow so as not to damage what you are working on.

Great value
This tool costs half of a comparable tool by the major brands. I used it on a sliding patio door replacement project and it worked great.

Love the tool but......
Easy to use, long lasting battery , works great. But...this is my second tool. After using for 20 minutes the latch wouldn't t open far enough to remove/replace blades. Love the tool so I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. The second one lasted for four hours and used multiple blades before I had the same issue. Seems to be a flaw in the design. I will return the tool and try another brand which is sad because I like everything about the tool (except I can't replace the blades).

Didn't expect this tool comes in handy every time for any small jobs around the house. Must have in your toolbox.
