Good Product - Even Better Customer Service
Loved the frame ever since we got it. Worked beautifully. Nice picture and never had an issue with uploading picture. However, after just about 2 years the thing stopped working completely - wouldn't turn on. Completely dead. Have to say that this company provided excellent customer service. They worked with me on the issue. Dealt with Maria specifically. She was so helpful, and even though it was well past the warranty, they actually sent out a new replacement frame at no charge to me. That is wonderful - especially since it not an inexpensive item. I was ecstatic to say the least. So even if you have an issue past the warranty date - please reach out to the manufacturer. They are willing to help. They have my business for future purchases for sure.

Great product and even better customer support!!!
We have loved this frame since we got it. Very easy interface with the AMOR app and using email as well. After about 6 months the frame lost all power and was completely unusable. I reached out to the seller directly, via Amazon, and they have been fantastic. They are very good with communications and shipped us out a new frame quickly and painlessly, no cost or exceptions. Maria was outstanding with her support and assistance during this process. I'm not usually so complimentary on Amazon, but this company and Maria in particular wanted to make sure we had a solid product and what we expected. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Well, It Just Made It To Warranty Expiration. . . But The Company Replaced It Quickly
UDATE: These seem to be manufactured to last about a year. It's August and yes, the replacement the company sent me (barely) under warranty has gone haywire again, just looks like a static filled TV screen, no picture. Changing my review to one star.UPDATE: The company replaced this under warranty, promptly and with courtesy, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Although this new unit lacks the proximity switch which turns it on/off when someone walks by, I never used that feature anyway. I am updating my rating accordingly.UPDATE:When I filed a warranty claim I was promptly contacted by the company offering me a replacement, and promising to send me a mailing label to return the old unit to them. If they follow promptly, I will re-evaluate this.I purchased this on August 17, 2021 and it made me so happy I bought two others for gifts. It ran like a champ for about six months and then I began having "glitchy" type problems. It would stop working and only display the "Aeezo" logo, I'd reset it and it would work fine, until, it didn't.For months I tried to ignore this because it worked fine most of the time, but now it runs for awhile and then turns itself off. I have tried everything available on the menu, nothing works for long. I'd like to send this back for service, but the "download contents to an SD card" refuses to respond; re-setting this will cause me to lose many hundreds of much-loved photos taken decades ago of family no longer with me.Please note many of the recent reviews of this frame say the same thing, the frame works fine and then just suddenly fails.

Great Customer Support
This frame worked great for a few months.I loved how easy it was to add the pictures from my phone.Sadly it stopped working.The screen just went blank.I contacted customer service and talked to Maria.I have never experienced such great help .Within a couple weeks I had a new frame.Thank you so much Maria.

Highly recommend
I gave my wife this Digital picture frame for Christmas and she just loves it. It was very easy to load the app to both of our phones and we both began sending pictures in no time with ease. The remote works well and the pictures are very clear and easy to manipulate the size to best fit in the screen. One week after Christmas while picking up decorations I knocked it off of the credenza where we placed it for viewing. After several expletives I retrieved from the floor expecting the worst. Luckily the screen was undamaged and the digital frame worked perfectly. However, the wooden composite frame was broken and attempts to repair it were unsuccessful. I would like to get a replacement but not sure how to order one. Anyway, I totally recommend this product, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Would be 5 Stars If Only it had a Motion Sensor…as Previously Advertised
This frame WAS wonderful until I learned that it doesn’t have a motion sensor as was advertised! It even shows a motion sensor on the box and in the instruction manual. When I asked Customer Support, they responded quickly, but said that the Motion Sensor is no longer available and they haven’t had a chance to update their boxes and user manuals! This is unacceptable. Now I have to return this beautiful digital frame and find one with a motion sensor. I loved the AiMor app, and the frame’s user interface! By far the best I have found. It’s just the motion sensor is very important because I don’t want to have to remember to turn off our frame when I leave leave home for hours and days at a time! 5-Star everything else, though.

Great but.
So this product here is very easy to use, display is of quality. The issue I have is that it keeps shutting off and does not comes back on , on its own. I know it has a censor to shut off when no one is around but after entering into the room it doesn’t comes back on. My husband has to unplug it and then try to get it back up and running again.If anyone knows how to fix that, would appreciate the advice.
