The appam maker came in a very nice packed condition in a box..the quality looks very good and the color looks very elegant and shiny..Tried cooking variety of dishes and the result was perfect..Very happy with the purchase..Highly Recommended..

Bad product - Flimsy and not good metal used
When this product arrived, it was damaged. Is there no quality check done before dispatching the product to the customer? This seller should be banned from selling anything on Amazon. Very poor standards of this seller. Pls review products sold by this seller. Really a poor product

Excellent quality product..superb packaging done..the grey finish at the bottom looks very classy and the appam non stick coating also looks premium..overall a very good appam maker
