Kettle is easy to use but the stains at the bottom are hard to clean. If water is low, then there is a good likelihood that the bottom will be stained. The kettle does not switch off automatically if there is no water.

I like the Degine of the kettle it's very handy and one think dislike about that kettle is that the milk sticks on the bottom of the kettle and it very difficult to wash .....

Some times doesn't turn off need to watch for it.

The kettle is working fine, temperature control feature is useful but the item was received with corrosion marks on the body , with use they appear but don't expect it in a newly purchased product,also the temperature control knob is broken, with a new one I don't want these little issues too..want to replace but as delivery boy rudely behaved what if he wouldn't collect it from the place from where I want to return is the main issue..still thinking to keep or return it.I request to please check the items before sending, people pay handsome amounts to but those products n then they are faulty.

all gud but there is no auto cutt off option actually I'm using it in my workplace i strted cocking nd forgot to turn it off its not turning of automatically

It is only for boiling any liquid or food. For heating purpose is also good. Even during boiling milk, half part of the base become so hot that it burn the milk at the bottom and stick to the base. It is not good for making any dish as it burn the base and also auto cut will automatically switch off the cooker and it will take time to switch it on(as you cannot turn on it by yourself at that time). Time consuming to make any food. Quality is not good as expected.
