DON'T buy this product. You will regret and end up wasting your time and money. I am telling you from my 2 months experience of using the product and dealing with after sales service.So, I purchased this product and it worked really well for 20 days. After that it stopped working. I tried to reach warrenty registration number provided on blender. That part is easy an approachable. But pain will start when you contact service department number.First of all there is nothing like service department with them. They are just bunch of people running whatsapp numbers and working unorganized. They will barely pick up the call after so many attempts and they will keep on passing your issue to another person!Nobody will ever work on your issue and they will keep on saying we will respond on whatapp. Then you wait for 5-6 days on whatsapp at their mercy! You might get response from them after a week and that will be again incomplete and then whatever you ask you have to wait one more week!All in all it has been 2 months and I still don't have my blender! Come on! A customer buy a blender from you to bear such 2 months of pain and you think they will not suffer without blender! On top of it you guys make it extra ordinary difficult by not responding !So again, This was horrible product and on top of it after sales service is extra pathetic!

Everything came intact and the blender works well. Good at this price with sharpness of blade and also it is easy to clean.

While using the blender the down part gets separated from upper part of blender so we can’t use it only so I need to show to the support team it is in warranty

Excellent quality and service

The blender jar attachment stopped working at very first use. Moreover there is no service centre available. I m following their customer care on WhatsApp (they are not available by any other means) but they are not responding. Plz do not waste your money because once u face any problem they are not going to help you. 2 year warranty mentioned on the product is of no use when there is no service centre to give you warranty service.
