I use this to work out, but my dog wants to play with it. He thinks it’s his toy. So I can’t really use it much.

Great for physical therapy for back pain. Thick and durable. Easy to inflate and store.

I use this more to just work on my core passively, as a chair when I'm in front of the computer.When I use it for ab work and some mobility work, it's great.My biggest issue though, has to do with the pump that came with it. It's just not very good for the purpose it was designed for. The air hose from the pump to the nozzle (if that's the right word) isn't really as long as I'd like.The pump is for your foot, and well, it's cheap. I wouldn't expect it to last that long. In fact, since I'd gotten a hole in my first stability ball (lasted several years), I am still using the original pump, as this one is not adequate.

Honestly, I bought this as a cheaper version of those giant balls you get for horses to play with. He liked it but it was smaller than I thought. Probably a good yoga ball though when used for it’s actual purpose. It was easy to inflate and not sticky like rubber can be

I have owned multiple balls through the years and was expecting a large ball that you could use sitting at a desk and I was sadly mistaken. This is the smallest exercise ball I have ever seen.

I ordered this so I could use it as a ball chair and it’s SO small, doesn’t even inflate to the size I ordered. More for a small child than anything. Extremely disappointed.

I've had many exercise balls, none were as hard to inflate as this one. It is much smaller than advertised.
