Loose stitches
Good even with the loose stitches. The rest of the bag was fine, just loose stitches along the top/zipper. I was able to add a support stitch, but if you do not have a sewing machine beware you may need to exchange or return.

Great quality!
Got this for my 7 year old because her backpack and lunch bag were starting to fall apart. I spent about an hour searching for the right one, reading reviews and all that, I find it hard to trust reviews sometimes. But I Finally took a chance on this backpack/lunch bag bundle, so glad I did. My daughter loved it! The material is very great quality, the straps feel nice and comfy. Lunch bag is perfect as well. Buy this, you will not regret it! I never ever write reviews but felt like I had to on this one, that's how much I loved it!

Cute but poor quality
The zipper got stuck on the lining as soon as she opened it, that doesn't bod well for the durability of this backpack. Comfort wise the shoulder straps don't seem to have much padding either. The bag is made of a plastic holographic ribbed type material.

I like it
I like it. It’s a lil smaller than what I thought it would be. But it’s prefect for me. I wish the lunch bag was a lil bigger tho. Overall I like it.
