Great slippers for swollen feet !
I bought these for my mum who gets swollen feet and legs so they were ideal as you can open the Velcro as and when you need to . She normally takes a size 6 so I did order that size and they are generous but she said that was fine they were still really comfortable and really warm as they are fur lined too so keep her feet lovely and warm , although they aren't cheap at £17.99 for elderly people who suffer with their feet I think it's better to pay a little more and get something which they can adapt to suit their swelling feet rather than a cheap pair which they end up giving away or putting in the wardrobe because they can't get them on due to the swelling of their feet . They are also quite well made and strong with very durable soles so I think they will last quite a while to so all in all very good value for money if you take everything into account money well spent.

Very comfortable but no support
I appreciate it can be difficult for a slipper to be very comfortable whilst still providing the wearer with support. However, the LongBay Women's Furry Memory Foam Diabetic Slippers provided me with no support whatsoever. My feet were able to lean over to the side (something those with knee or hip problems tend to do), so much so, that eventually, I would have ended up walking on the side of the slipper, rather than the sole.On the plus side, the slippers were extremely soft and comfortable to wear and were well made and reasonably-priced.I would judge that these slippers would suitable for those only with very little mobility indeed, rather than advertised as : 'with unique closure for adjustable comfort perfect for tired, swollen feet and better stability' I returned them with Amazon providing a no-quibble refund and postage-free return.

NOT a wide fit.
These are not a wide fit. I purchased these for my mother who has very swollen feet. I purchased a sized up. Even with no socks on she couldnt fit her foot in them, let alone do them up.I tried them on, and only just did them up with a very thin sock, and i have normal feet. They also fit far too low on the heel to be comfortable. They are also quite unstable to walk in. Not good for those with mobility issues.

Great slippers
I have a lot of problems with my feet due to rheumatoid arthritis and Type 1 diabetes and they are quite badly out of shape. I found these slippers are very comfortable. I like the generous cushioning and the Velcro fastening, which keeps my feet in place better than my usual slip-on slippers. Thank you.

Offers great support and easy to get on and off.
Very comfortable and great for my health as i have type 2 Diabetes, swollen ankles and a fractured toe and these slippers really help as they are so easy to get on and off. I have had them on as tightly as possible for maximum support moving around the house as I need to walk even if I am very slow. I have a serious neck problem for which I need to do swim walking. This was ok in the deep end but with no support and the added resistance of the water meant I had to inch slowly along the lane rope. I have rested more this week so hope that when I hopefully go swim walking on Monday that I can get into the deep end to swim walk which has helped with my disc problems in my neck and back. My Physio and GP’s are very keen that I do it! These slippers have helped to make this more possible as they offer such great support! Thank you!

dearer but worth it (so far)
got these for my mother .she is 88 and unsteady on her feet . these slippers have a non slip (like a pair of runners)surface not the usual smooth sole . She herself feels more confident in walking or getting up from the sitting position .my mother does not have arthritis so i can't comment on this part of the claim.
