I reached out on whatsapp as mentioned and shared my pictures through mail for better resolution. They were extremely prompt and shared the design before printing. I wasn’t happy with selection of pictures from my end and made few changes. They were extremely flexible, warm and courteous in accommodating all changes without any impact on the timelines. I ordered this as a gift for my friend's marriage and i so want to share the pic here but i'm afraid she'll find out as it's a surprise for her. The dealer was incredibly polite and considered my suggestion and requests very kindly. He even send a preview and asked for my opinion with frame color. I thought there wouldn't be glass but there was and it was done so perfectly. The picture quality is also top notch. The Spotify code scanning works and the dealer was kind enough to offer gift wrapping with satin ribbon, that too free of cost. I'm so satisfied with their customer service and i'm so certain that my friend would love it as a gift.Please anyone who's hesitating to order it, worrying about the quality of work, then please don't and go for it. Properly framed as per our choice of colour. Before framing they showed preview too. Good one. I oredered 13 " X 13". posted a pic to have an idea of the size comparing to calender. Must try frame.
