No customer support. Not copper coil
My fan stopped working after 4 months. There is no way to get the seller/brands number to claim warranty. Even amazon customer care could not give me any contact details. The number they gave is for some other seller who just hung up without hearing anything. At last I asked the customer support guy to call to that number themselves. And after a lot of persuasions, they did and faced exact same response. They agreed that the number available with them is wrong but then they told they can not do anything.What the hell is this ? You are selling a product in your website, but you don't know who exactly is selling it? So who will help me to solve the issue???Afterwards I tried to get it repaired in local market. They told there is no use of repairing it since the coil is not copper. the cost of the repair is more than that of original cost. And since the coil is not copper, there is no guarantee that the repair will last.I had to throw the fan since there was no other option.Lesson learnt - Go for quality brands, with good after sales service.

It is very good product but don't buy from Amazon because his delivery guys very bad in Furukhnagar circle because without recived delivery ,order cancell , buyer refused to take or wrong add etc excuse.

works fine but very noisy
The media could not be loaded. bought this fan on 8th feb 2023 after a month fan is getting overheated & making very loud noise so my replacement time was over which was 10 days as per amazon, no support was given from amazon for the 1st 3 chats.... hopefully received a sincere person who gave me the contact details of the seller for replacement warranty.... hope to receive a new fan from the seller....

I like it...But,motor outer clamp very wheek...It's broken in 15 days...I used inBathroom wall fitting...

Bend product
Product was damaged..one side bend.. fan blade is bot moving..I opened the box after 9 days thats why repairing cost 200 rupees
