If we assemble to level 2 and use, it works good. Back pain relieves slowly on regular use. But the moulded points is little high than the rubber stripe, so if we continuously lay over the product, you feel pain like injection. But worth the price as it relieves the pain slowly. Can go for it 👍

Helpful in correction of humps and relieved of pain.

My total weight is 82 Kgs. It’s not holding my back weight and going down after 2 days of use. Company saying it’s hold upto 200 Kgs but not true. I like the quality of product but not holding my weight. I don’t know what to do. Need some support to hold the weight. In my experience, its useful if your weight upto 60-70 Kgs. Pl don’t buy or use this if you have severe back pain and back problems.

first i was delivered a partially damaged product but upon return i was handed over a replacement in just 2 days and the new product photo i have uploaded . this shows committment of the seller towards the customer which is worth appreciation . so buy with peace of mind .then about the product, it is good , no defects at all and i am using it for long sitting sessions on my chair , the stress strength of the product is good .i am hoping designs like this will have positive effect on back bone for long sessions.

It cannot hold my weight of 85kgs , iam using it very occasionally but it got broken. Disappointed with this cheap product. Don't buy it

At the end of a long working day, just stretching my back on this has helped my slip disc issues hugely.
