It's big enough to survive a 12 hours shift! Love being able to put my bananas on top so they don't bruise. Side pocket holds 3 bottles of my soda. Only complaint is the containers that came with it are flimsy and the lids keep popping off. Not a problem as I use different kind of containers anyway. I love the bag itself. The pockets are stretchy so It's versatile for other items such as napkins, plastic ware and etc. Love the long adjustable shoulder strap. Kept my lunch nice and cool. Fabric is sturdy and the bag is well built.

Bought this specifically for traveling. I loaded my meals in the bag and put the ice pack in the top zipper pouch, where it was when it was delivered. Three meals, 5 protein shakes (in the drink pouch) and I set off from Kansas at 8:30 AM. I arrived at my destination in Minnesota 7 hours later, made my meeting, and got checked in to the hotel about 5pm. When I pulled my meals out of the bag, they were just as cold, if not colder than when I took them out of the fridge at 8:15. This will absolutely get the job done for you! The bag is nice and lightweight and it looks nice too. As far as I'm concerned they hit it out of the park on this one. I could not imagine getting better performance out of a 6 Pack Fitness bag that costs twice as much. I like the idea that 6 Pack has of the meal holder trays to organize the food on the inside, but it was a non-issue for me. Plus those prep containers that come with the bag are big enough they aren't going to slide around too much.

I really was excited to get this and have a way to transport all my food to work for the day. There is a lot of space, the cooler is nice, it stays cold, but it does not keep it's shape unless it is completely full which is such a bummer and really annoying if you only have one container in there. Also the strap started coming apart. I would look for other options instead of buying this honestly... I only had it a few months and it doesn't seem very durable.

Bag is nice in the compartments but it does crumble when it doesnt have the 3 containers inside. I usually carry one for my lunch and 1 of fruit for snacks. And the bag gets all droopy and looks kinda ugly when sitting there.At first it stayed up when it was zipped up, now it wont do that.If i was this company i would put some kind of liner inside the insulation to harden up the bag a bit. Then it would be perfect!

Love this, product. the size is great, and it actually fits our large 3 compartment meal prep containers!!! This is used as a lunchbox for a med student, who is away from home ALOT, due to obvious reasons. I can pack him breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks AND drinks without worrying about him!!

I ordered this bag and it arrived as promised. The bag seems to be well constructed and fits my needs perfectly. The food containers aren't the best in the world but I can live with them as I have plenty of meal prep containers. Will update this review in a couple months after using it.

For far so good! I started timed nutrition on the special work out program. Eating three specific meals during my workday makes it tricky. This meal bag is large, but not huge. It keeps all my trays cold with the use of the included freezer pack and one more in the top compartment. The insulation seems to be sufficient. I'm looking forward to taking this along on an upcoming road trip! Lets hope it lasts a LONG time!

This is a great meal prep bag! I looked at a lot - read a ton of reviews - I even bought 2 different ones (other one was $8 less)because I am a mom with 4 kids and didn't want to send money on a meal prep bag. Needless to say I really like this one. I've only used it for a week but it keeps me on task with my daily meals at work and has been worth the invest. Only thing that would make this unit better is that it soes collapse without containers but other than that it is great!
