I love them!
They sound incredible! The battery lasts a long time too. I had no problem with them fitting my ear, but I am a bigger male. I could see how someone smaller, might not fit the ear so well. The design is a little weird. It will fit some ears but not others. I would give them a shot though, and if they don't work for you just return them. Either way, the sound is amazing and the noise canceling is good. I haven't got a chance to try them on the plane yet, but plan to.Also, the bass on these tiny things is amazing.

Experience is subjective
I just picked these up even after reading lots of poor reviews. Apple has spoiled the true wireless industry with airpods. You see the number of reviews praising their performance and if you don't know what you like, you buy them cuz you see everyone else sporting them. Airpods have some of the lowest battery lives vs cost in the industry yet hardly anyone complains about it cuz it's Apple. 8 hours is a full shift for most. Are you telling me that you will have these JBL in your ears when you clock in and never take them out before you clock out? Doubtful. Throw them in the case for 10 minutes and bam another hour. Unless you're regularly taking transcontinental flights then who needs more then a shifts worth of battery? I have large ears so when I read the reviews about discomfort, i knew these would be a good fit because my canals are large. They may not work for everyone but hey these companies can't produce a productive for your individual ear. If you want that, invest in custom molded ones but be prepared to shell out grands. I purchased larger silicone tips from a 3rd party that give me that crucial seal for optimal bass response. Also before you complain about sound quality with earbuds that have an app for eq, use it then if you still can't get them to sound to your liking, review them acoordingly. FYI Samsung Galaxy users, you have a pretty good EQ included in your settings. Use it if you don't like the idea of using a companion app. To sum things up, these things are phenomenal for 160 bucks! If you like sound quality as good as Bluetooth can provide, get them and tweak them to your liking. I've read reviews where people rated the product poorly because they didn't like the app!
