I have received the exact same piece as shown in the picture, although the product is very cheap and do not have spray/jet mode as advertised, my purpose of extending the faucet is served and it's easy to install as well.

Easy to install, and very functional.

Good product. do what exactly shows but vanity and sink in north America is usally small and if you not be careful you might get wet (your body) or your floor.in general good innovation.
