Pleasently surprised with the quality of the chair
As a working professional and studying part time for my executive MBA program, I needed an ergonomic chair to use at home as I needed to sit for prolong periods of time and normal chair does not cut it. After checking out various brands online & offline, I decided to go with the HNI ergonomic chair.As for the chair, it's build quality is very good. The parts supplied are sturdy and after assembly, no noise is coming from chair during any movement.Initially it took some time to understand the working of the chair but trust me it is really simple.I would recommend this chair to anyone who wants a quality ergonomic chair with no fuss.

Good for tall people
Chair is very well made by an Indian company. Sturdy, good material, and comfortable back support. The depth of the seat is more - it is really a wider and large seat! The back support is very good but the lumbar support is poor - it slips from its position and not very well designed.Overall very good product only if you are 6' or more. Else the thighs sit fully on the seat and feet may not rest on the floor comfortably - you might have a slide a bit to the front, thus losing the back support. For my height (5' 8") this was not so comfortable and I returned it.Customer support was excellent with clear instructions on how to return it. Amazon picked up the box and refunded without any hassle. I wish I could afford the next level chair from the same manufacturer.

Good product quality, average comfort
My friend suggested me this product, since I sit and work for longer hours,i had lot of hipe on this product.built quality good, spacious even a big muscular man can sit freely , little above average comfort , Little pricy for what we get.Cons: delivery is pathetic, no proper update on when it will be delivered, I called more than 10 times to get check when it the product will deliver since delivery data will not be updated in tracking option properly, they will say a third party courier will deliver the product and no proper updates for customer care too..I request HNI, your product is good, but your delivery partner is making us feel pathetic, even if you take 1 month to deliver no problem we will wait, but never change delivery dates / skip delivery ..we will be leaving our other works and will be waiting for the delivery

Average comfort but no support
Quality of this chair is not good, within 8 month back loosen and no support/service available even though it is in warranty period. Not happy with the quality and product support.

Overall a good product but one caution
Bought it for my WFH set up.Build up Quality is Great...Delivery was swift..Overall a nice product.. 👍🏻Just one caution... If you are short heighted, let's say less than ~5' 6", it's not for you.For instance, My wife doesn't find it comfortable as could not reach the back support.We bought the 'Verta' model of HNI for her as it is possible to displace the back support to and fro. So even if you are short, you could reach the back support easily in Verta.I hope it will help others while making decision.

Awesome product! Must have work-from-home product
The media could not be loaded. My friend recommended this chair for its build quality. The materials and frames used on this chair look very strong and premium. And the fabric and cushion are looking rich and of high quality. I don't see any heating issue when you sit for a long time. Rolling wheels don't make any noise and I don't even feel the movement. moving and rotating functions are very smooth. Back support and arm support are adjustable and at comfortable height. I have tried more than 3 chairs with different brands in last 2 years, but only this one gives me comfort for a long time sitting. Overall it is a great product and I recommend this one for its premium build quality and comfort. Go for it, if you are looking for work from home setup and want to spend your money wisely!

The manager Mr Jeorome and the technician Mr Rajesh have reached out and have been very nice to hear, understand and resolve the setting to my sitting comfort. Respect this customer centric approach and understanding of the customer need. Highly recommend this product based on the superb customer service rendered and personalised call and resolution of my individual need as a customer on the settings of the chair for comfortable use.
