Well made measuring tape
The shape is pretty ergonomic for my hands 🙌. The measuring blade is a nice width to work with. The lock mechanism is very adequate to get the job done. I was skeptical about the country of origin being China 🇨🇳 but I looked at MANY different options for purchase and to my surprise everything I researched is made in China! I mean WTH America 🇺🇸?! But in ending this review, this particular brand and model is in my opinion worth the money 💰

Awesome tape measure
This is a great tape measure. I live the way it's made ,it fits perfect in your hand . I honestly believe I will never buy another normal shaped one again.

Don’t use this for construction.
The lock feature was nice, and it was easy to read, but it locked up and broke on week two of use. If you do anything under the umbrella of construction, just get a Klein or Stanley; if you just need around the house use, I’d say go for it. It’s cheap, if nothing else.

I'm going Metric.
Few things in life make more sense and have better consequences than pulling ourselves out of the dark ages of imperial measuring and standing securely, firmly, and with ease on the metric system. When will we value prevention over reaction. When will we stop banging our collective heads against the wall? Stop shooting ourselves in the foot?
