Excellent ice safety device
I am on a winter trip to Norway, so far in Oslo and Tromsø. There was freezing rain for several days. These ice traction devices were just what I needed to walk safely on the icy streets and sidewalks.

These cleats have given me much more confidence walking to work on snow/ice covered side walks !
These cleats have given me confidence in walking to work on snow/ice covered sidewalks. I lost 4 of the round pieces out of one cleat I believe after walking in ice. You can purchase replacement pieces. The actual cleat itself made of black rubber can freeze and slide off shoe.I would purchase again. I think they should include replacement metal/plastic pieces. It seems after about 3 or 4th wear they start loosing little metal cleat pieces. Reasonable 5.99 to order 15 replacement pieces. The cleats are not easy to get on and off so I would NOT recommend to anyone with balance issues. Once you enter a building you have to take the shoe cleat off as to not scratch floors. You really have to sit down and properly pull them over your shoes.

Very useful
So glad I purchased for my dad to protect him from falling. However hard for elderly to take on and off so I put them on and make him only use those shoes during bad weather.

Too Small For My Boot...
Too Small For My Boot... I think the size depends on the type of boot/shoe. I'm going to try an XL, to see if that size works better. As far as the product itself I didn't test on the ice, but it seems like a good product.Update: I was putting these back in the bag they came in, and realized that one of the grippers, didn't have any cleats on the bottom part, just the top part, and there weren't any loose in bag, just the extra ones!

Get ready for ice and snow season!
The ice cleats slip over your shoes, or light weight boots. It gives you traction on ice and snow. Read the size chart to determine the best size to go over your shoes. I bought another pair for a good friend's winter birthday
