It fits any queen or full metal bed frame.

No! I have had my for a good while.....no bedbugs!!! It's nice to lean on ,which is what I do when I am reading the morning paper!

The headboard height is adjustable. The legs have many holes in them. This allows you to make the headboard shorter if you want to. The measurement 53.94 inches is the height from the bottom of the legs to the top of the headboard. The tallest it can get.

Q: Can it be used with an adjustable bed?

Yes definitely. I have a queen size adjustable bed and you just screw the headboard on to the frame of the bed. It fits perfectly and the top of the bed does not hit the headboard.
