Purchased Amazon used like new and they were!
I've looked at these as a slip on alternative to wear w dresses or shorts and capris while traveling. If shoes don't offer a wide, I order a 9 1/2; with a wide a 9W. I don't have familiarity with Dr Scholls sizing, but they offered wide, so I bought it. These are a great width, but there is a bit of slip on my heel in my bare feet. As I would wear a thin no show sock with these, I think it will be fine. I'm not sure I could use these for walking around sight seeing as there isn't much spring or bounce in them. The color oyster is a warm light tan-so goes well with anything and not as glaring as white (esp if one doesn't have tiny feet :)At the Amazon used but like new price of $20 these were a great bargain; at $50 not as much. Totally worth it, but wait for a sale to keep them $40 or under.

Ture to size if wear barefooted
Just rec'd them and wearing this morning. I ordered size 81/2. Some of my shoes are 8 1/2 and 9M. I ordered 81/2 since they said the shoes are true to size. However, a reviewer stated they went up a 1/2 size and the back of the shoes were loose. Rubbing against the back of their foot. Didn't want that so I ordered 8 1/2. Wearing thin footies (i.e. Peds) the shoes are slightly tight and especially at the big toe. So I took off the footies and now the shoes are more comfortable. Leaving more room around my toes. I prefer wearing footies with my shoes. I am at work and for now they are comfortable but just sitting at my desk. Once I walk around from office to office I shall see how they feel. The floors are carpeted so the bottoms shouldn't get that dirty if I decide to return them and purchase size 9M. But then the 9's may be too big even with footies! That's why I'm prefer to go to the store to try on shoes but who has time to do that when you work full time. Waste precious time and gas! lol And, besides, the stores usually don't have a big selection when you are looking for a particular item (i.e. leopard print casual shoes)! Online shopping and ordering sure come in handy to find what you want but the downside is you take a chance on the look, fit, and feel. Should have ordered both sizes and send back one pair. Anyway, I guess it is somewhat true to the fit if you wear barefooted!

Exchanged for a half size down - perfect fit after that!
I do not have any other shoes with flat bottoms like this. I have high arches that ache badly if unsupported. I can’t wear flats at all because of them. I’ve never been able to wear this style of shoe before. I most often fit a size 8 or 7.5 depending on shoe style and manufacturer. After a lot of researching I heard great things about these so I ordered my typical size (8) when they were on sale. The size 8 were surprisingly too loose and too wide. I exchanged them for a half size down. The 7.5 size fits perfect! At first I wasn’t used to the style and shape of the toe box but it wasn’t uncomfortable or painful - I’m just used to sneakers with larger toe boxes. My toes adjusted pretty quickly after several wears. I love these shoes! The support is better than I could’ve imagined! I work as an elementary educator with concrete/hard tile floors and am on my feet nearly all day long. These shoes give my all the support my arches and back need. Plus they are more professional looking than my nice tennis shoes. I can dress them up or down with ease and this black style looks cute (for me) with low, ankle, or longer socks.I’ve been looking for shoes like this for years and just figured I’d never be able to find a pair that worked for me. Not the case anymore! I’ve been wearing them almost daily for nearly 4 months now. These have become my daily shoes instead of my nice sneakers. They haven’t torn on the sides or bottom, there’s been no weird stretching out, no scratches on the top or sides (and I’m rough on shoes), no blisters or rubbing at all and the support has stayed! I love the padding on the heel and ankle of this shoe. My feet don’t feel sore after taking these off even after a long day. Even during some 12+ hour days of teaching followed by errands and church in the evenings afterward, the support is there and keeps me on my feet.So far I’ve been able to wear these all week long teaching and during the weekend without the comfort or support fading. I’m asking for another pair in a different color for Christmas! Hoping a different color/fabric will still feel and hold up the same way.If you’ve struggled to find this style of shoe due to high arches or other support/comfort problems- these might be worth a try for you. I recommend purchasing when on sale if it’s hard for you to pull the spending trigger on shoes more than $25 or so (like it is for me). For how popular these shoes are, $50.00 seems like a fantastic deal! Here’s to happy, healthy, supported feet 👣.

Runs small
After reading a few reviews I got 1/2 size up. They were still snug at first. I put some thin socks on thinking it wouldn’t work, but it did. They’re very comfortable and breathable. I have flat feet and it was enough arch support for me.

love them, super comfy
i love these shoes/sneaks so much. they are very comfortable. when i first bought them i read that people said they were narrow and my foot is a bit boxy. i bought the WW and i was swimming in them! i returned them for the 7.5 medium and they fit like a glove and i still have room .

Heel is Narrow
For now I can wear with a light weight pair of socks. HOWEVER, the heel is narrow & tight......I think if I don't get them broke in.........When I wear them barefoot in summer I will need a band aid on my heel as they rub and I think are going to give me a blister. If that is case, they are useless when it gets warm out. My opinion, Nah.......keep looking.

A bit wide
I purchased these for work. They’re true to size but are for wide feet. And I thought I had wide feet! But these take the cake. I had to purchase the ankle socks that are higher in the back side, to protect the back of my ankles from getting blisters as the shoes rub there. They’re very comfortable.

Nice shoes
Im not going to lie, I hated these when I first got them. They were very stiff and left me with small blisters. Im glad I waited until I broke into these shoes. They are MUCH more comfortable and go great with all of my outfits. I am 31 and get compliments and people dont even know they are Dr. Scholls.

Best shoe ever!
Startled by how comfortable this shoe is. Ordered a size too small; needed a 9 1/2 or ordered a 9. I should have ordered a 10. Loved the faux leopard print. Vastly disappointed that size 10 is not available. Wonderful shoe!

Comfortable but very prone to scuff marks
Very comfortable. But got “scuffed up” day one and looked very worn by week two doing normal everyday Work tasks.
