In the past I've often fallen asleep with Apple earpods in place. I would wake up with sore ears or lost earpods. This sleepband is comfortable and convenient. The speakers are flush with your ears and don't cause discomfort if you lie in them. The sound quality is certainly good enough and the controls and pairing are simple. There is some noise cancelling. The band can also be pulled down as a sleep mask if required. Customer service was excellent with this seller. My first delivery item had some faults such that the earpieces were not quite in the correct position. Faulty sewing - probably a Friday afternoon model - I suppose that happens in China too! I contacted the seller and he quickly sent a replacement that fits my ears perfectly. You can buy with confidence that this inexpensive item will do what it says.

I've been listening to meditation tracks before I go to sleep and was bothered by the discomfort of my regular headphones. These are a great solution as I can still lie on my side without being uncomfortable. My one tip, if you use the band for this purpose is to put it on inside out, so that the flashing light is next to your forehead, rather than blinking outwards as then that disturbs your practice. Very easy to use, decent sound quality and no issues with connecting via bluetooth to my phone. I simply put the music on a loop and drift off. I also use it for subliminal brain training before sleep. Excellent purchase!

Comfortable to wear and very clear sound without disturbing anyone close by. I was so impressed that I will be buying my daughter one as well so that I don't have to listen to her music.

Brilliant item, the 'power on' voice is not too loud, 'power off' is very subtle. The charging light is red and turns blue when changed. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge. The pairing light flashes blue and red and then turns off once paired (there's no light that permanently stays on when using). When the battery is low the light flashes, not much warning, maybe 10 minutes. Lovely comfortable fabric to wear against your skin. The headphones needed a little wiggle to get them in the right place at first. I didn't find it hot to wear, I barely felt it to be honest. I only use it for bedtime meditation so have no idea how well the microphone works.

These are great sleep headphones. The speakers are unobtrusive and comfortable for side sleepers and they sound good. They are not noise cancelling, but I don't think they claim to be. The Bluetooth connection is solid and overall, they feel well made. My only complaint is that there is a bright blue flashing light at the front whenever they are connected. So bright that when I was lying on my back it looked like an emergency vehicle was parked outside. Not good for whoever you sleep with!
